TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
PROCESS:
Step one: Consultation- After your initial enquiry, we will have a more in-depth chat to get to know your business and what services you require. Here is where we discuss your ideas, target audience, business goals, brand statement and much more. This is also a great time to discuss what packages/ services will work best for you if you are unsure. Consultations are either via Zoom/ phone call or this can be done via a questionnaire that we will email over.
Step two: Project Breakdown- After your consultation, we write up the services, costs and turnarounds into a project breakdown so you know what to expect. We then offer available start dates for your project and a timeline to show how the project will evolve. We then ask for a deposit to secure your booking, and with this, we send terms and conditions for you to read through. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. After payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation and a welcome pack. Our welcome pack lays out what to expect from me and what is expected of you as a client.
Step three: Creative Direction- For branding, website design projects & and packaging design projects only.
A few days after your project start date, you will receive a creative direction booklet from us. This includes: Market research, brand values, audience analysis, audience pain points, competitor analysis, and industry trends and will end with two mood boards with different creative directions based on the research carried out. We then will have a call (or I can send a questionnaire) to discuss my findings further and ultimately end up deciding on the creative direction for your business.
Step four: Design Time- Now we know the creative direction and conducted research, it's time for the fun to begin! We will now start designing your project. If you are booked in for a branding project, you will then receive a branding proposal document. For all other services, you will receive a first draft of the design.
Step five: Amendments- When we send your proposal/ first draft, we will also attach a feedback guide. This is to help you provide actionable feedback that will help us reach the final result quicker and easier! Amends are limited per project, this will be outlined to you in the project breakdown. We will carry these amends out until we reach the final design.
Step six: Off-boarding- It's time for us to send the final invoice and send the final files over to you! We offer lots of support during the off-boarding period of the project to ensure a smooth and confident launch. An optional off-boarding call can be scheduled if you have any remaining questions.
Step seven: Launch Time- Now is the moment you have been waiting for... launch time! We provide all of the files and assets that you will need for a successful launch. We always love to hear updates from our clients, after you launch, make sure to let us know how it goes and where we can support you further.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS:
50% of the project total will be required as a deposit to secure your slot which must be paid before your booking date. Your booking start date will be outlined to you in the consultation and project breakdown section. The remaining project balance is requested after finalising your project. This deposit is non-refundable. Payments must be made via bank transfer for UK-based clients and PayPal for international clients. Payment details will be sent to you via an invoice, this will hold all of the important information you require to make payment. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your slot, your deposit will not be refunded.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
After you have paid the deposit, you will receive a welcome pack. This pack includes: welcome, About Me, a breakdown of what you need to prepare, our values and practices, feedback guide, design process, some frequently asked questions and how to keep in touch.
For branding design, website design and package design projects, you are required to create a mood board. We advise this is done on Pinterest as it is the easiest option for clients.
Your mood board and brief must be submitted BEFORE your booking date. Failure to do so will result in your project being pushed back to our next availability and a £20 additional fee on the final payment. If you are struggling to create a mood board, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are more than happy to assist and guide you through this process.
I may ask for some design inspiration during our consultation, this is to ensure that I am the right designer for you. In this case, you are not required to have a full mood board but just a selection of images/ references for me to see the style you are looking for. If I feel what you are looking for is something I can not provide to the best of my ability, I may turn down working together. In this instance, no deposit is required. I will direct you in the direction of another trusted designer who could potentially help you instead of myself.
PLEASE NOTE: you can send me branding from other designers as inspiration but I will NEVER copy another designer. When sending me these images, please explain what you like about the logos, for example; the font style, the background, and the layout.
PROJECT START & COMPETITION DATES:

Sometimes it may take a shorter period than the predicated time and sometimes it may take a little bit longer. The client's response time and availability for meetings may increase this turnaround.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that if unforeseen circumstances occur, there may be a delay in your project.

For branding projects, you will receive EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and a watermark PNG. For other projects, the most suitable file types will be provided.
